The hotel has a great location in Cernobbio with stunning views, but it's a bit far from everything. The rooms, although clean, are old and urgently need renovation, and some are quite small with two single beds pushed together. The service is helpful and friendly overall, but there were instances of unsupportive behavior. The dining offers nice options with breathtaking views, but there were some inconveniences. Best to have a car due to limited foot paths and narrow roads.
